A few days ago, Hubei Province issued the notice on the special rectification work plan for outstanding problems in the field of pharmaceutical purchase and sale in the province, which will carry out a four-month special rectification in the province's health and family planning system to standardize the purchase and sale of drugs and high-value consumables, strictly implement the online procurement of drugs as the focus, and reduce the burden of patients seeing a doctor.
The ''Notice'' pointed out that the rectification work will focus on the offline procurement of drugs by medical and health institutions, the online sunshine procurement of high-value medical consumables by medical institutions above the second level, and the illegal purchase, sale, and use of drugs, medical devices, Medical consumables and other behaviors, and put forward 11 main tasks from five aspects: improving the centralized drug procurement mechanism, promoting the online sunshine procurement of high-value medical consumables, strengthening the management of essential drug distribution, increasing investigation and punishment, and strengthening comprehensive supervision and management.
The Hubei Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission requires that all medical institutions above the second level in the province purchase drugs online before the end of the year, and medical and health institutions at all levels must strictly implement online centralized procurement and centralized distribution, and prohibit offline procurement; and complete high-value medical supplies Online sunshine procurement work. Primary medical and health institutions are required to select supplementary drugs in strict accordance with the prescribed principles and procedures, and it is strictly forbidden to increase and add sales in any way and form.
In addition, Hubei Province will implement a prescription review physician interview system in various medical institutions, promote prescription dynamic monitoring, extraordinary early warning and unreasonable prescription in-hospital publicity review system, strictly implement the regulations on bad records and the market withdrawal system, and insist on including illegal production and operation enterprises in bad records.
